Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after placing your order of the item to request a return.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at careatshark@gmail.com with the reason as to why you want to return the item/s along with photos and photos of the shipping label. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, we accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects.

Masks are non-refundable items. Once purchased, you cannot submit a request for a return.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. All amounts will be refunded to you electronically. You will be asked to provide details to do the same. Otherwise, we can also give you a store credit (as a discount code) that you can use in our store within the next 12 months.In case the refund is approved it will be credited to your bank account within 7 to 10 working days.

If you have chosen COD and paid extra for the service, please note that if we are to refund you the amount, we do not pay back the amount you paid for the COD service and only payback the amount you have paid for the said product/s.

Cancellation 

If you cancel your order within the first 12 hrs of placing it, you will be refunded your full amount. But if the order is canceled after that, then you will be refunded only 60% of the amount you paid. This is only applicable on prepaid orders. 

COD orders need to cancel within the first 12 hours. If the order is canceled after and has already been shipped, the return shipping cost is to be bared by the customer. 

Please make sure you email us regarding cancelation on support@sharkbagsshop.com. Otherwise, it will not be counted.
