SHARK SHIPPING POLICY

When will I receive my order?

Your orders will be delivered to you within 4-5 business days. 

Please note that during sales and festive times, the expected date of delivery may be delayed and delivery may take longer than usual.

Damages

SHARK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been finalized. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once the shipment is booked.

COD orders need to pay the 'exact' bill amount and additionally an amount of Rs.50/- as cash handling charges ( mention as shipping fee) to the transport company.
